Callanish IV, known in Gaelic as Ceann Hulavig, overlooking Loch Ceann Hulavig, is an elipse of six stones.

Originally there may have been thirteen evenly spaced stones in the ring.

The remains of a cairn, about 6-1/2 feet in diameter, stands within the circle.
