The Rollright Stones are a complex of megalithic monuments consisting of three separate sites: The King's Men Stone Circle, the King's Stone, and the Whispering Knights Portal Tomb.

The King's Men is a late Neolithic monument dating to around 2500-2000 B.C. and consisting of 77 closely-spaced stones forming a stone circle approximately 108 feet in diameter. The stones are set on top of a circular bank with an entrance to the southeast marked by two portal stones. There were originally as many as 105 stones, but many have been removed.

The King Stone is a single, weathered monolith, almost eight feet tall, standing east and across the modern road from the King's Men. The stone was erected ca.1800-1500 B.C. and is believed to have been a marker stone for an early Bronze Age cemetery.

The Whispering Knights structure dates to ca.4000-3500 B.C. and is the remains of an early or middle Neolithic portal dolmen lying east of the stone circle. Four standing stones survive, forming a chamber about 6-1/2 feet in area around a fifth recumbent stone, probably the collapsed roof capstone.
